Information you provide
The funding inquiry collects your name, email and the deal details you submit, including the property, funding need, timing, repayment plan and existing financing. Phone numbers, additional notes, materials links and extra deal figures are optional. You may mark uncertain details as not yet known.
The Contact form collects your name, email and message. General contact messages are kept separate from funding inquiries.
How we use your information
We use funding inquiry details to review the deal, contact you and discuss potential funding. Relevant deal information may be shared with potential funding partners as part of that review. We use general contact messages to respond to your questions.
Storage and website services
Accepted inquiries and contact messages are stored using Cloudflare services for review and follow-up. We send notifications to our team so we can respond. The records include the submitted details, a receipt reference, submission time and notification status.
Cloudflare provides website delivery, submission processing and Turnstile security verification. It processes technical request information, including an IP address when available, to perform those services and check submissions.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages and count accepted funding inquiries. We do not load Google Analytics before you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect the website or your ability to submit a request.
Analytics receives the public page address and title and a limited referring-site address. We remove query strings and fragments, and do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details, financing amounts, messages, materials links or receipt references to Google Analytics. General contact messages do not count as funding leads.
When allowed, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser, device and visit. Our analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage; we do not save your form drafts there. We keep advertising storage and personalization disabled. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining or withdrawing permission stops further analytics collection and clears this stream's analytics cookies where the browser permits. Activity before permission is not sent later. Essential hosting and submission security remain active.
Information to leave out
Please do not submit bank credentials, identification numbers or confidential financial documents through these initial forms. Only share information and materials you are authorized to provide.
