What to share

Property location, asset type, unit count or size, and purchase or ownership status.
Available rent roll or operating summary, estimated value, existing debt and planned improvements.
Funding amount, timing, team experience and the proposed sale, refinance or operating repayment plan.

What to work through

Tenant concentration, lease expirations, operating licenses and property-specific expenses can matter as much as the headline purchase price.
A future appraisal or refinance depends on the eventual property and market. Seller financing, existing debt and additional partners must fit the same overall transaction.
